Premiere Design Solutions, Inc. (PDS) served as the Surveyor and Engineering Consulting firm for this project which included the filed data collection, topographic survey, scope determination and the generation of demolition, new construction, and maintenance of traffic plans.  

The project also included electrical drawings for the grounding of the proposed shelters and structural design of the shelter foundation.  Our solution provided the client with the design for ADA improvements to 11 bus stops locations, new bus shelters, concrete pads, sidewalks and amenities. We also coordinated with the Town of Miami Lakes, Miami-Dade Transit, conducted underground utility investigations and permitting. This project was federally funded and had strict budgetary constraints, especially in timing, since the project had to be completed before the end of fiscal year.  This forced this project to be a fast-track project, and delivered with great quality within the available budget, and most importantly within the necessary timeframe.
