Through this project, Premiere Design Solutions, Inc. (PDS) as Prime Consultants is responsible to manage and execute work in close coordination with M-DWASD Staff, preparing technical memorandums, Land Surveying, design drawings, cost estimates, project schedules & technical specifications for work orders, gaining great knowledge and experience in the design of water and wastewater design, specifications, and procedures in the construction of several miles of Large-Diameter wastewater force mains. Work for these projects included ROW to ROW topographic surveys of roadway segments, design services and implementation of a water and sanitary sewer improvements to redirect wastewater effluent and eliminate ocean outfalls.
